Declaration on access and protection of personal data

The Permanent Representation considers the protection of both personal data and their confidential treatment, as well as the access to information and data of public interest as being of outmost importance. Having this in view, our homepage is in conformity with the national Law LXIII/1992 on the protection of personal data and public access to data of general interest. This law is in compliance with Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Provision of personal data is not required for access to information on this site.

The Permanent Representation can not be held responsible for damages due to technical problems, disfunction of the computer system or viruses. The Permanent Representation excludes responsibility of damages caused by dissemination, copying, and reliance upon, inappropriate use or unlawful transformation of data contained in this homepage.
